Tricare Remits Issue Reported

Clients are reporting that Tricare Remits (ERA) via the MD On-Line web portal are not being received.  MASHNET has contacted MD On-Line regarding this issue and have been told that the problem is not with MD On-Line.  A representative told MASHNET that the specific issue lies with Tricare and the intermediary that forwards the remits to MD On-Line.  The MD On-Line representative went on to state that the problem is being worked out and a solution will be forthcoming.  No specific date was given for a final resolution.

 

If you are having a problem with your Tricare Remittances, or any other MD On-Line issue, contact MASHNET Sales & Support to report your problem.  DO NOT contact MD On-Line as they will refer you back to MASHNET.
